To earn a Certificate of Completion, you must submit the surveys, view the presentations, and pass the Final Exam.
Your certificate PDF will be available for download at the bottom of the course page.
If you do not see your certificate, check the Course Completion Status block on the right in the course (see image below). If the Status does not say 8 of 8, there is still at least 1 activity to complete. Click More details to see what activity has not been completed.
